TRAGIC Amy Winehouse died after a killer booze bender following weeks on the wagon, her inquest was told yesterday.

She suffered alcohol poisoning but had told her doctor the night before: “I don’t want to die.” The singer was found five times over the drink-drive limit, with three empty vodka bottles next to her.
