Paris Hilton Proud of Her Winning Motorcycle Racing Team (8 PHOTOS)

I was a bit skeptical when I heard that Paris Hilton is starting her own motorcycle racing team. But a year after the launch of her own team, I think Paris is a lot smarter than I thought, especially when it comes to business! Nobody will scoff her being a motorcycle owner because her team finished in the top 10 at the end of the 125cc MotoGP championship for 2011!

Italy in mourning as tragic Simoncelli's body is flown back home for funeral (18 PHOTOS)

The body of MotoGP rider Marco Simoncelli has arrived back in Italy following Sunday's fatal accident in the Malaysian Grand Prix.


Simoncelli's father Paolo and fellow rider Valentino Rossi were aboard the flight that arrived at Rome's Leonardo Da Vinci airport on Tuesday.

Marco Simoncelli death: safety in Moto GP is never 100 per cent guaranteed, says Sepang circuit chairman (35 PHOTOS)


MotoGP rider Marco Simoncelli died exactly a week after Dan Wheldon, and while the tributes poured in for the 24-year-old following his death in Malaysia on Sunday there were calls to investigate the circumstances as the chairman of the Sepang circuit admitted safety in the sport could never be 100 per cent guaranteed.

Motorsport was today mourning its second death in the space of a week after Italian Marco Simoncelli was killed in a crash at the Malaysian Moto GP.The Gresini Honda rider lost control of his bike on the second lap of the circuit in Sepang and appeared to be hit by Colin Edwards and then Valentino Rossi as he slid across the track.


The 24-year-old's helmet came off in the collision and he was taken to the medical centre for treatment, but died from his injuries.
